Fr. Henry Ejimba, also known as Don Henry in parts of Europe, is a Catholic priest, human rights activist, pacifist, data analyst, and system dynamist.

Born and raised in Nigeria, Don Henry earned his Bachelor of Philosophy and Bachelor of Arts degrees before relocating to Europe. There, he obtained a Master’s in Theology and several professional certificates in Data analytics, System Thinking and System Dynamics from institutions in Switzerland, Spain, and Italy.

Don Henry’s professional journey includes extensive work in simulation modeling, producing outputs like graphs, charts, statistics, and animations. His specialization in optimization has enabled him to generate outputs that indicate values of decision variables in various sectors.

Currently based in Italy, Don Henry continues his pastoral duties while contributing to the field of system dynamics. He is an active member of the Swiss Chapter on System Dynamics, a computer-aided approach for strategy and policy design that aids individuals or groups in making better decisions when confronted with complex issues and dynamic systems. This approach uses methods and tools to model and analyze these systems, enhancing the understanding of system behavior.

Don Henry’s expertise lies in applying feedback systems theory to complement systems thinking approaches. His work addresses dynamic problems in social, managerial, economic, ecological, and physiological systems. Through his pastoral work and professional contributions, Don Henry helps people navigate and understand the complexities of dynamic systems.

He holds a degree in Computer Science/Statistics from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, which has provided him with a strong analytical and technical background.

As the Founder and CEO of Austine & Partners Group of Companies, Dr. Okonkwo has demonstrated exceptional leadership and vision, steering the company toward significant growth and innovation across various industries. His entrepreneurial spirit is further exemplified in his role as Chairman and Co-founder of New Edge Pharmacy Ltd, a wholesale pharmacy where he has been instrumental in shaping the company’s strategic direction and expanding its market presence.

Dr. Okonkwo’s career is marked by his commitment to excellence, innovation, and the development of human capacity. His diverse experience and accomplishments underscore his ability to navigate and excel in both the private sector and entrepreneurial ventures.

With a robust academic foundation spanning over a period of almost a decade, Mr Chuks has worked on a professional research project to determine the correlation between virtualisation and VoIP (Voice over IP) on a network infrastructure as it relates to cost management. With work experience both within and outside Nigeria especially in the United Kingdom, he has continued to make significant contributions in establishments where he has worked by optimising their computer network and communications infrastructure while driving business growth through innovative technology solutions. He successfully integrated advanced technical knowledge with strategic business insights particularly in Community Networks, United Kingdom, where he worked as an IT Manager. He currently serves as the Deputy Group Managing Director at Austine and Partners International Limited. He is a member of professional bodies including Nigerian Computer Society.

Engr. Paul Emeka Okonkwo is a distinguished graduate of Engineering.  He holds pivotal role as Non Excutive Director at Austine & Partners Intl. Limited. His business endeavors are particularly focused on the distribution and importation of luxury and classic wines, where he has built an extensive network of business contacts.

He is the CEO of Mecsompaul Limited, company that has distributorship with major wines and beverages companies in Nigeria.

Engr. Paul’s expertise in wine distribution is reflected in the strong relationships he has cultivated across his business chains, ensuring that only the finest products reach his discerning clientele. His commitment to customer satisfaction is at the heart of his business philosophy, driving the success of his ventures.
