Mr. Onyeka Osigwe is an accomplished legal practitioner with extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, arbitration, and international legal transactions. He is theSenior Partner of Goalcast Legal Services, a law firm he founded in 2013, where he providesstrategic legal advisory and dispute resolution services.

He obtained his LL.B in 2003 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2005. He began his legal career with Emeka Etiaba & Co., Port Harcourt, gaining experience in litigation and commercial practice. Mr. Osigwe holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland, and was admitted as a Solicitor of England and Wales in 2011 by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). He is also a Notary Public of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and an Arbitrator, with strong interests in domestic and international commercial arbitration.

His practice areas include Corporate and Commercial Law, Land and Property Law, Banking and Finance, Intellectual Property, Telecommunications, Energy, Oil and Gas Law, and International Commercial Arbitration.

He is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Abuja Branch, and has served on several committees, contributing to the advancement of the legal profession.

Tochukwu Ikwuka Aralu is an experienced commercial and category management professional with over 14 years of experience in FMCG, retail, and Open commerce technology driven businesses. He currently works as the Commercial Manager at Austine & Partners International Limited, where he develops business strategies, manages pricing and contracts, supports key customers, and identifies new market opportunities to drive growth.

Before this, he was an Account Manager at RedCloud Technology Limited, where he managed major client accounts, supported digital commerce solutions, and helped improve service delivery and revenue growth.

He also worked as Category Manager (Wines & Spirits) at Retail Supermarkets Nigeria Limited, where he managed a large product category, negotiated with suppliers, set pricing strategies, and ran promotions to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

Earlier in his career at Ekulo International Limited, he held several roles in brand and category management. During this time, he gained strong experience in marketing, supplier management, trade promotions, and product strategy.

She has successfully led projects that improved workflow efficiency, reduced operational costs, enhanced vendor relationships, and strengthened compliance systems.

Prior to joining Austine & Partners, she held key leadership positions including Global Assistant Director of Operations at Carifika Global (Canada), Head of Operations at Foodstuff Store Ltd, and Operations Manager at IPI Group. Her earlier roles at Maishayi Coffee Roasters, Café Neo, and Everyday Group provided her with hands-on experience in operations scalability, customer service leadership, and logistics optimization across fast-moving consumer sectors.
