Onyinye Ifedozie is a Brand, Marketing and Communications Specialist. She develops strategies that increase the awareness of stature for businesses. She has worked with brands such as; Lenovo, Acer, Flawlessivy cosmetics, Emzor pharmaceuticals, Red pepper pictures
(Producers, Big Brother Naija), Lavyanna, Belle care and the Anambra state government under the auspices of the Deputy Governor.

She currently serves as a marketing and communications consultant for Austine and Partners; Distributors of Chateau Vartely wines and Voitis Whiskey in Nigeria.

She has garnered 8 years experience in the overseeing and development of the overall content strategy for enterprises as well as marketing campaigns. She’s an ardent writer/movie producer, whose stories are published on multiple platforms such as; African Magic, IROKOtv and Amazon Prime. 

Also, beyond her professional endeavors, she founded the ‘Special Not Dumb (SND) initiative’, an initiative focused on creating awareness about neurodiversity in Nigeria.

Okonkwo Ogochukwu Favour Maryanne is a non-executive director at Austine and Partners International Limited. She is a proficient and passionate medical doctor who is committed to growing and learning within and outside the rapidly expanding field. 
Through her years of experience in her career, she developed exceptional leadership skills, which has enabled her to successfully lead various teams towards achieving their set goals.
She is insightful, and while being committed to excellence, she appreciates the power of effective communication and good interpersonal relationships.
She also believes in collaboration and hard work and strives to make a positive impact wherever she finds the opportunity.

Fr. Henry Ejimba, also known as Don Henry in parts of Europe, is a Catholic priest, human rights activist, pacifist, data analyst, and system dynamist.

Born and raised in Nigeria, Don Henry earned his Bachelor of Philosophy and Bachelor of Arts degrees before relocating to Europe. There, he obtained a Master’s in Theology and several professional certificates in Data analytics, System Thinking and System Dynamics from institutions in Switzerland, Spain, and Italy.

Don Henry’s professional journey includes extensive work in simulation modeling, producing outputs like graphs, charts, statistics, and animations. His specialization in optimization has enabled him to generate outputs that indicate values of decision variables in various sectors.

Currently based in Italy, Don Henry continues his pastoral duties while contributing to the field of system dynamics. He is an active member of the Swiss Chapter on System Dynamics, a computer-aided approach for strategy and policy design that aids individuals or groups in making better decisions when confronted with complex issues and dynamic systems. This approach uses methods and tools to model and analyze these systems, enhancing the understanding of system behavior.

Don Henry’s expertise lies in applying feedback systems theory to complement systems thinking approaches. His work addresses dynamic problems in social, managerial, economic, ecological, and physiological systems. Through his pastoral work and professional contributions, Don Henry helps people navigate and understand the complexities of dynamic systems.

Prisca is a dynamic polymath with expertise in Strategic Planning and Execution, Budget Management and Cost Control, Supply Chain Management, Data Analysis and Interpretation, Strategic Decision-Making, Prolific Writing, Speech Crafting, Audience Engagement, Professional Training and Development, Innovation Development, UI/UX Design (certified), Content Curation, Product Lifecycle Management and Team Leadership. She holds management certifications from the London School of Business Administration and the Quantic School of Business and Technology, with a forthcoming M.Sc. in Business Analytics and Management, and additional certifications in Product Design and Project Management from HarvardX.

With a B.Sc. in Public Health, Prisca has received global recognition for her research selected for presentations at prestigious conferences (INTEREST CONFERENCE; USA, VIROLOGY EDUCATION HIV & ADOLESCENCE; Rwanda, International Conference on Urban Health; Xiamen, China, etc.). Her work has led to a 25% improvement in health outcomes in the communities she engaged with.

Prisca founded Life of Purpose Africa (LOPA), impacting over 1,000 individuals through personal development and community networking programs, consistently delivering projects 15% ahead of schedule. Prisca’s public speaking training has empowered over 50 individuals, increasing their engagements by 40% and significantly boosting their confidence. Her work with global NGOs (e.g. TEDx, CIRDDOC, Africa CDC) improved literacy rates by 35% in parts of rural Nigeria.

Mrs. Chidimma Enendu is the Operations/Accounts Lead of Austine and Partners lnt’l Ltd where she oversees the Financial/Accounting aspect of the business.

She has over 3 years’ experience in Accounting, Administration and Management.  She has held various high-profile roles throughout her career, including being a member of the accounting team and the Administrative Secretary at Visa Petroleum Resources Ltd.

She holds B.Sc in Education/Accounting from the University of Nigeria, Nsuka and she is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered).
