Fr. Henry Ejimba, also known as Don Henry in parts of Europe, is a Catholic priest, human rights activist, pacifist, data analyst, and system dynamist.

Born and raised in Nigeria, Don Henry earned his Bachelor of Philosophy and Bachelor of Arts degrees before relocating to Europe. There, he obtained a Master’s in Theology and several professional certificates in Data analytics, System Thinking and System Dynamics from institutions in Switzerland, Spain, and Italy.

Don Henry’s professional journey includes extensive work in simulation modeling, producing outputs like graphs, charts, statistics, and animations. His specialization in optimization has enabled him to generate outputs that indicate values of decision variables in various sectors.

Currently based in Italy, Don Henry continues his pastoral duties while contributing to the field of system dynamics. He is an active member of the Swiss Chapter on System Dynamics, a computer-aided approach for strategy and policy design that aids individuals or groups in making better decisions when confronted with complex issues and dynamic systems. This approach uses methods and tools to model and analyze these systems, enhancing the understanding of system behavior.

Don Henry’s expertise lies in applying feedback systems theory to complement systems thinking approaches. His work addresses dynamic problems in social, managerial, economic, ecological, and physiological systems. Through his pastoral work and professional contributions, Don Henry helps people navigate and understand the complexities of dynamic systems.
