She commenced her professional career in the banking sector, where she developed expertise in customer relationship management, business development, operations, service delivery, and stakeholder engagement. Her banking experience provided a strong foundation in commercial acumen, performance management, client service excellence, and business growth.
Building on this foundation, she transitioned into the public sector, where she assumed progressively responsible roles in human resource management and corporate services. Throughout her career, she has contributed to the development and implementation of organizational policies, performance management systems, workforce planning initiatives, change management programmes, and institutional strengthening projects.
