Festus O. Olowojaiye is a seasoned commercial professional and accomplished sales leader with over 22 years of extensive experience in sales and operations leadership. He has a proven track record of driving sustainable growth across multiple sectors, including FMCG and Oil & Gas.
He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration. Festus is a Chartered Member of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN) and a Fellow of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management (ISMM). He also possesses certifications in Digital Marketing and Project Management Professional (PMP – EVM).
Prior to joining Austine & Partners, Festus held key leadership roles in reputable organizations; from Vitamalt Nigeria Plc (2002 – 2008) through SABMiller Plc (2008 – 2013) to Consolidated Breweries Plc (2013 – 2015).
He then moved to Nigerian Breweries Plc (2015 – 2016) and later worked with Banner Energy Ltd (2017 – 2021) before leaving ‘Jambitts Limited (2021 – 2026)’ where he served as General Manager, Commercial & Operations; for a more challenging path with Austine and Partners International.
Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, strategic execution, and the ability to build high-performing teams across diverse markets.
