Obianuju Eke

Obianuju Eke is a technology and business strategy executive with over seventeen years of experience driving digital transformation, commercial growth, and stakeholder alignment across government, oil and gas, telecoms, and financial services.

She currently serves as Capability and Digital Enablement Lead in the Strategy Unit of the IT Department at Seplat Energy, where she works with the CIO on capability building, AI strategy, and enterprise wide digital enablement following the company’s IOC acquisition. Her career spans a senior commercial leadership role at a global OEM, where she closed landmark public sector agreements and delivered significant, sustained account growth, and an industry management role at an IT solutions firm, where she led major technology programmes for public sector institutions. She has also advised technology businesses independently on go to market strategy and AI adoption across Nigeria’s public and private sectors.

Her core strengths lie in translating complex technology strategy into measurable business outcomes, navigating multi stakeholder and regulatory environments across both public and private sectors, and building trusted relationships at C-suite and board level. She holds an MSc in Information Systems Management and Innovation from Warwick Business School, a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and is a certified Project Management Professional.

Obianuju brings to the board a rare combination of deep technical fluency, commercial rigour, and cross sector insight spanning oil and gas, government, and enterprise, grounded in a consistent record of driving transformation at scale.
